We understand that target markets, foot counts, trading density, tenant mix, payment technologies/security, and environmental impact are just some of the many factors that need to be considered when creating a unique identity for a particular shopping center. That differentiation is crucial when compelling for that all-important shopper’s dollar.
De-Sadel recognises the untapped opportunity (laying waste) in transforming the
shopping culture of Nigeria communities. We are embarking on shopping mall projects that would develop tourism, hospitality, leisure, financial technology-related businesses, and create community-based jobs.
Hotels
We believe that Hotels are not only about bricks and structures, spacious hotel rooms, Facilities, fine restaurants or brand names. De-Sadel Group believes hotels are about discovering something new, something amazing, a place where you will experience special moments to cherish for a lifetime In Nigeria we see a vast shoreline of untapped potentials, calling to be harnessed and developed. We see potential and opportunity along the Delta shoreline that could transform into Inland Revenue and Foreign Exchange than the perilous scrambling for oil and gas.
One of the key projects at hand is building four and five star hotels, resorts and lodges, carefully designed and structured to complement the special features of each location. We are about to embark on an array of iconic structures, individually unique edifices, but sharing similar attributes of charm, elegance and commitment to service excellence to which the discerning traveller has become accustomed.
Our ultimate goal is to develop a Five-Star Hotel Group across Africa, that provides high-tech customer care service, that would compete favourably with the likes of Dubai, Malaysia, Qatar, China etc.
