Mr. Fadi TOUMA is an American citizen with over 25 years of management, sales and operational experience. 

He is a result oriented and dedicated business professional with demonstrated success in general management within the hospitality industry. 

He has a history of providing effective leadership with focus on total organizational coordination to efficiently and successfully manage all phases of the operation, provide innovative concepts, control costs and positively impact bottom line. 

He started his professional career in 1998 and has over the years held senior managerial positions with well know international hotel groups such as Holiday Inn, Radisson, Marriott, Sheraton groups. 

From being the manager for F&B, Fadi has progressed over the years to cover other responsibilities and widened his career scope. 

He was Director for Operations, General Manager and as well as Executive Director for Hospitality and Real Estate Division of a large group.

He is the Acting Managing Director of De-Sadel Consortium and brings his wealth of experience to assist the group achieve its goals and objectives.
