Frances is a lawyer with over 30 years’ work experience – most recently – as Chief Operating Officer in an international medical services firm (Dro-Health Telemedicine Limited) and HR/Admin Director in a telecom company (Zodafones Telecommunications Limited).

She has previously worked in administrative roles at the Lagos Business School and in business management and development positions at Zinox Technologies and Epson Nigeria. She is also a dedicated social service worker with the Society of Youth and the Downtrodden.

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the prestigious University of Lagos and has completed many high-profile courses central to her role in De-Sadel including; Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Mastery of Self Leadership, Solving Problems with Critical and Creative Thinking – IBM, The Art of Negotiation (IBFC Agusto), Interpersonal Skills and Development (E-Alliance), Leadership Effectiveness and Enlightenment Programme (Glowinkowski International), Effective Project Management, Managing People for Strategic Advantage (Workforce & Associates), Managerial/Leadership Development Skills (Alfred & Victoria).
